Since having this fissure I've been keeping better track of my water intake. I also work out and play alot of ball. I've used this a few times to make sure I'm above the reco for the day.

I had no idea my intake requirement was so high. 135oz a day!! I have been drinking about that much water, but I thought that I just dehydrated quiker than most people.
