I was only googling this site yesterday!
Good to hear your report on your Sentinel piles though. Mine's a little bothersome but after receiving some great advice, I'm not risking further surgery and praying in time, it will clear up.

Your skin tags just disappeared? I have only heard/read that they don't go away without surgery or removing them yourself (ouch!!).

Yeah smiles;
I was a mess down there, but my tags were smallish compared to pictures I've seen. I believe those larger ones are the ones that really don't go away. It sounds like the analogy with a really fat person who has lost a lot of weight with a bunch of skin flaps that will always be there unless surgically removed. Though of course a much lighter person losing weight does not have to worry about that.
