That's good news mpb...at the very least the meds may help to keep anxiety levels low and help you sleep, which can only help.

Envious to hear you managed to get a swim in and some weights, MPB, very impressed ! Here's hoping it helps you get that good night's kip you deserve!

Take care,

Thanx everyone MR F I figured I could be like this for a very long time so any good days I get I'm going to do what I would normally have done pre fissure.
Well I had a full can of soup yesterday...still no BM so I'm going to add in a bit of protein and a few mouthfuls of coffee....I want to see if these tablets work and I won't know that till I have a BM so here goes....could do with some protein actually as I went swimming and to the gym again today and felt a bit shaky lol

Ok the protein worked had a BM around a Bristol 2/3 but didn't need to strain to get it out but....am going to wait an hour before I try the tablet as I would like to know how I feel after a "normal" BM
But on the other side my stomach is making very unhappy noises so if I go again I will be taking that tablet straight away.
Fingers crossed....again lol

Okk nearly 2 hours after my BM pain is only a 3....if only I could just have 1 BM at this consistently once a day I'm very sure I would be healed and on my way to recovery right now....just praying so hard I don't have to go again, damn I hate my colon lol

So the colon behaved only went once pain never went above a 4....if only my bowel could be relied upon this would have been a breeze...but I was warned so
Been to the gym again but not swimming...too many children lol...managed 10 mins on treadmill and a few leg weights...no squats lol...
So I know that if not for my crohns and IBS the LIS would probably have already healed me. Going to eat exactly the same today as I diid yesterday with the addition of a mini muffin because my son has to have muffins on a Saturday lol

That's good to hear. Glad you are doing better. I could not possibly move about now to exercise or even take a walk. :( and thanks for posting your progress.
