Thanks, SueMac, Yes, Cathy (my remaining cat) is adapting, and I feel less sad, though I still miss Katy (who passed away). In general I am doing better, and find that a daily swim in the local pool is the best treatment for what's left of my AF. Hope you are keeping well, too.

That sounds good all round dmcff. Swimming is a great sport in many ways, I unfortunately cannot get to a pool as often as I’d like. It certainly sounds like in general you are doing better. I think I am too!

Hi missy- I missed this post. I hope it is better now? I’ve been away for a long weekend and it’s caused very hard bm causing discomfort after which is so frustrating and not helped for a relaxing break. So I do sympathise. It can come out of the blue.

I’ve just seen this too Missy. Sorry you’re having a flare up. Im also having one. I can’t wait to visit the surgeon in a few weeks. Not sure how we’re going to manage it!

How are people faring ? Have the flare ups eased at all? Now I’m back from my trip my hard bms have softened - I feel cheated. Every time I go away I suffer from hard bm and not being able to go. I come home and I am fine again. It must be psychological but I don’t know how to stop it.
