a great week of crapping!

Postby happyass » 03 Mar 2007, 06:42

well, considering that it was about a week ago when i started my fast, to post colonoscopy, i have had a wonderful week of crapping.
i do still squat but i have had some opportunities to try out the sitting method too, and they both are okay. i just notice that squatting takes less effort but both now seem to allow me to crap in peace Image
the acupuncture has really helped me get back on track.
and i have incorporated my all bran bran buds back to once a day as a source of comfort food and i am getting my nice oatmeal consistency.
who would have believed that crapping would be so important in life?????
how was your week of crapping?

My week of crapping has been not as good as usual... I have my monthly visitor over so he usually causes erratic loose stools, but atleast now my AF buddy Bob has gone, it doesnt cause me any pain.. its just annoying Image
Im sure ill be back to my perfect poops next week Image

I've been regular all week. But this morning, good lord, I had the BIGGEST masterpiece -- a gargantuan #4 on the Bristol Stool scale
Had it been a fish I would be bragging about catching it!
If I didn't get a retear with THAT baby (and I didn't) I could probably shit bricks now and be OK!

I remember as a child never thinking about going to the bathroom. I was shy to do it at school but I never had to wonder, is this going to hurt, will I bleed? etc! Oh, how I envy my kids sometimes!
Anyway, this week has been pretty decent except for today. I have definitely improved a lot since I joined this board though. I had some bleeding and the pain hasn't gone away yet. No real difference in the poop though!
Aunt Flo will be coming next week and she tends to wreak havoc on my bowels, ugh!
But overall, I can't complain since I am better than I used to be...I'm just not where I want to be!

I must say this current week has been a great week of crapping. My stools are nicely formed and not slender and they "pass" with no effort at all.
Amazing!!!
I read somewhere a colon specialist saying that if it takes more than 30 seconds to "pass" a stool, you are constipated.
This week its been taking all of 1/2 second.
Again, amazing!!

that is amazing.....
yeah for happy crapping :-)
ok, trivial question....is it 30 seconds from the time you sit on the toilet/squat, or 30 seconds that it takes you from the first poop out for all you poop to come out?
hmmmmm.....

30 seconds to get things going. Probably shouldn't take too long to finish, either. I'm done in under a minute this past happy week!

Obviously i havent been around in the last few weeks, (i think i will write a catch up blog somewhere...)
but my BM's have been exceptionally good! I will even admit to eating absolute rubbish, forgetting to take my fibre supps and having a few nights out on the wine :drunk: SO i am convinced i am totally healed Image
