i do still squat but i have had some opportunities to try out the sitting method too, and they both are okay. i just notice that squatting takes less effort but both now seem to allow me to crap in peace

the acupuncture has really helped me get back on track.
and i have incorporated my all bran bran buds back to once a day as a source of comfort food and i am getting my nice oatmeal consistency.
who would have believed that crapping would be so important in life?????
