I didn't have one today as I had a physio appt before work, but I am still hungry in the morning so I'm working on that. lol. I may add in a hard boiled egg or a scrambled egg with spinach gluten free wrap on days I'm feeling extra hungry.
Thanks Abu I feel like once I stop worrying about and drastically switching my diet up the sooner I'll be ok and will heal maybe it is the fact we get a fissure then go on a rollercoaster of crazy different extreme diets like high fibre I hate fibre after theses last few days but I didn't think beans would be bad
I agree too much fiber leads to large bm. Too large! I cut back my fiber and tried to stop movicol (peg 3350) but there my bm have got way too hard and I'm now sore after having been so much better. Argh! I eat a balanced diet all food groups. Any ideas on how to keep stool soft without medication? What do you find works best for you?
No ideas Suemac, everything I tried so far sooner or later led to hard stools. I am now working with myself to accept this fact, that I will stay on softeners for life.
Oh ok good I thought you ment you have gone back to other softners how much magnesium do you take and then when you take the vitc did you say it's called buffered vit C and it's a powder you make up right?
Abu and missy thanks for advice. Ok the magnesium how does it come I’m being thick here - is it like powder or pill form or what. Is there a brand name for it in the uk or do you go to a health food shop? Sorry to be a pain!
