JHH I also take 15ml Lactulose before bed, which is a synthetic sugar your body can't digest. This locks moisture into the BM. I have no idea what would happen without it now but I plan on taking for a long time as it's safe to do so. Olive oil isn't realistic long term as there will always be places you go / eat where you can't do this. 15ml Lactulose at night before bed however is doable.
