Check a health food store. It should be with the other omega oils!

Yes, try the 300 mg mag tonight and see how you do tomorrow. That is odd that it is so dry like that. I think cod liver or other omega 3 oil would help too though. I can get you flax oil from the US as well.

pinky, i would try to relax and de-stress. i would think maybe your anxiety is causing changes in the consistency of your bm's.
how about some chammomile (spelling) tea or some peppermint tea. those can have soothing effects on the body and hopefully tummy.

I agree with Happy here. When I am stressed things come out formed and are difficult to get out the next day.
Not easy to destress Pinky, but try. I guess you have a lot on your mind now... Image
When I went on a holiday with fissure last summer I had to change things in my head. Instead of thinking of all the bad things that could happen to me and my lovely fissure companion, I thought: "It will no kill me, I know what this is and I know how to pamper it if it gets really bad (= rest, fissurefood, water, etc...)".
Tell your family that when you get there, you need a lot of rest the first days to recover and that they need to help you with your son...
Good luck Pinky.
