How to calulate fiber intake?

How do you keep track of your fiber from fruits and vegetables? Different websites show different results and I'm never sure if I've eaten enough in a day.
Sometimes I think I've done enough but the stool is mixed texture of 2-4 from the bristol stool chart. Mainly 2-3 with some 4 actually.
Other times it's a perfect 4

I usually eat 2 pieces of fruit a day but most of my fiber comes from whole wheat, oatmeal, edamames, beans, spinach, and plant proteins such as Morningstar farms products. Don't obsess too much over it. Take Colace stool softners and metamucil fiber supplement and you should be fine.
March 2022 Suffered anal fissure.

April-May 2022 Went undiagnosed because GP couldn't see the fissure.

June 1st 2022 Officially diagnosed with fissure by GI and given nefedapine.

July 2022 Botox injection under anesthesia
