Sound like you may be having pelvic floor spasms. They can cause burning. Since my surgery I get them sometimes especially when I get a little irritated in that area. Even a little discharge after a bm can irritate the skin. I saw a physical therapist and she gave me a few exercises to do and they do help. My little dogs think I look goofy when I'm doing them but it takes less than 5 minutes so I will do them when things act up. Hope you feel better soon. Suzy
