Things have been going Ok ! BUT i had a couple of days just there where BMS were big, well formed = scary Image that caused discomfort on that left side (LIS side) i can kind of relate it to the botox and that slow moving feeling if you get my drift Image
Nothing like fissure pain and all on the LIS side - i suppose things are still a little battered inside ! Main thing is no tightness Image
Tag is looking super duper which i am happy about - it was freaking me out for a while !

That's great you were able to handle those big old turds like that. Your bum is getting so strong but I know it is scary when they are coming out.
Your tag is healing up so wonderfully. That is great news for sure!!!

What are you eating after surgery? Are you taking chances, or indulging more?
You don't dread BMs at all?
That slow moving feeling is terrible...no control...

Hey my Toot Image
You hit the nail on the head there – it’s the thought of passing these big boulders and that made me nervous and uptight for the next day ! So Corsi of course I still wonder how each BM is going to be – the mental side of this is going to take time I think..
I am a true believer in a little bit of what you fancy does no harm and i have never denyed myself that ! I did that with IBS and that messed me up Image
I will never ditch the A/F/IBS diet !!
I ate a lot of soups and porridge, weetabix all made with water and one main meal for the first few days , I also took the mag supplements – they are so reliable !
