Thanks guys. I'm definitely constipated from the vicodin. I haven't needed any today so I haven't taken any. Still waiting and fearing that first BM though.
Aside from the fear of the first BM the only pain is soreness and sometimes a pinching feeling. If the first BM makes a smooth exit it'll be a big relief.
