See, Pinky? we told you it would heal, it just takes time!!! He didn't recognize you without the tears? Hmm, well, that is still an improvement.
i like you better without the tears, but I still wouldn't recognize you!! Image

Great news Pinky Image Image !!! Try to keep this feeling of today in your heart any time you start to worry !
Balneol I buy in Longs Drugstore , but I bet it is available in any other drugstore. The bottle is tiny in size and hard to "spot" on the shelves , so tell your sister to ask the pharmacist to help her find it.

It's better if you can get your vitamins and minerals from food, Pinky, but yeah, if I were you I'd be taking some supplements, too. Good luck!!

Hi Pinky,
I'm glad your sister will be there soon. That will help you relax and improve. I would definitely apply some dry heat to the area if the moisture is wearing your tissue thin. You don't want it to wear down where it can overgrow with yeast. That happened to me and it burned so badly.
The steroid injection didn't help and if anything made me feel worse. I am spotting, feel irritable and it felt like it inflamed the area. I am going to get accupuncture today so maybe that will help. But I have had some good hours every day so I am happy about that! Just send me a private message if you want me to send the A&D ointment to save your bum so you can take baths.

Good for you Pinky! A good B-complex and mag, Calcium and zinc would be a good start for supplements if you think you are already getting enough C.
Don't forget folic acid and whole grains, for overall health.

Pinky, here in the US the RDA is 60 - 120 mg. But half a gram (500 mg) or even 250 mg should be OK, as it is a water soluble vitamin and you will pee it out pretty quickly. So it's best to spread your dose out over the day *if* you can, for the same reason.
B vitamins are also water soluble, so they should be spread out too, but if you are eating whole grains you are getting at least some of your RDA for them.
E, D, and K are fat soluble, so they should never be taken in excess unless prescribed by a doctor.
Minerals will also tend to build up in the body, so they too shoul dnot be taken in *excess* but certainly need to be present in the diet in some form.
