3rd surgery in less than a year

I have posted her before but had to post under a different username since the site got shifted and the old one doesnt work.

Anyway, just a quick re-cap. I had a fissure in the summer of 2012 and eventually got an LIS in Feb 2013. The surgeon cut too conservatively, so LIS was repeated in June. Now almost 8 months later, I continue to have debilitating pain. I wanted to wait to see if may be my recovery was just too slow and eventually i would heal, but that doesnt seem the case now. My quality of life has been on a downward slope and it has come to a point where I'm getting suicidal thoughts often. I am 27 and just about ready to give up on life.

The new CRS i am seeing has scheduled me for an exam under anesthesia next week. He thinks there are a few possibilities:
1. The fissure hasn't healed. In this case he will clean, cauterize and inject a steroid (kenalog) in the fissure.
2. The fissure has healed but the levator ani muscle is spasming. In this case he will refer me to a speacialist for therapy, biofeedback etc. He is not an expert on this and I am pretty confused about the whole thing.
3. I have an underlying disease like Crohns which is causing the fissures. (I have had a CT scan which was normal and don't have any other classic symptoms of Crohn's)

Overall, i am screwed in all three cases.
Thanks for reading.
