How long, how warm or hot? how much epsom salt and or/what else do you put in it?

i put a few hand fulls of epsom salt in, a little hydrogen peroxide, and it's pretty warm to hot. About 3 to 5 minutes.

but not at all sure i am doing it the right way!

I have been using a Sitz bath for about a year! I put nothing in but fresh pretty warm water. I don't use the constant water flow from a bottle method, but the fill with a jug and empty method. :)

I prefer a normal bath and have it hot hot hot :)

Have sensitive skin so don't put anything else in it. Stay in for minimum of 10 minutes
