My CRS did a 'finger exam' since i was cramping so much and found a very tiny cut in the posterior line.
I had gone to see her about an LIS but she recommended botox and my insurance gave the OK.
Now i am scared... what to do?
I had botox once before. Had a couple of "accidents" and a little leakage, and other than that, was glad when it wore off!
but now i am having more cramping, it seems? it could be because i was also having dysfunctional bleeding (female thing) - will be getting checked up on that. I think the other problem is that heat usually causes me pain and only ice takes it away so i have to sit on cool things or go into horrible pain.
anyway ... would love input.
I'd prefer not to cut if i don't have to but this has been going on for 3 years. It was pretty much healed when i traveled and bingo! came back, healed, i traveled, came back. (Traveling is horrible for these!) but what can one do? life is chaotic and sometimes life happens.
Thoughts, anyone?
PS i have company coming over that evening. Would i be functional? I really can't recall what happened three years ago when i had the first botox other than it was in office and not that bad.
