EUA- exam under anesthia

Has anyone had one of these?

Are you having, or have you had a Lateral Internal Sphincterotomy (LIS)? Please share your experiences here, or ask any questions.

Oh no. Don't say that Wounded. He is only one Doctor after all. As I am sure you have experienced they vary widely in what they think will help things. The good news is that things do look better. The early days probably don't typically show great gains with this type of surgery, right? What is your impression of this CRS, do he have a lot of experience with this?

You know, healing a wound from the bottom up will be a more bloody experience, I believe. So my CRS says anyway. It just means that the area is well vascularized and he seemed to indicate that this is good at least for promoting healing anyway. Makes it more painful though, I know. I hadn't bled for 11 days and now started again the last two. So discouraged right now too.

Are you feeling any better yet?

Thanks and hugs back O. I'm still here. I have just been kinda depressed because I got my hopes up and now I am right back where I started. I've been trying to put my mind on other things til I get over the blow.
