Mine has made me very depressed actually. I've cried every day for the past 5 days and it doesn't help that I'm under a ton of stress right now with finances and school and work and car troubles. I dread every morning because I don't know what my morning bm will have in store. It was anxiety that got me this bugger and it's only giving me more anxiety.

But despite still crying today, I did feel a little better emotionally because the weather warmed up and the sun was shining. The slight mood elevation caused a slight decrease in the painful twinges so I'm hoping that's the new trend here. Because that will ease my anxiety and break the vicious cycle...

● Using conservative methods (metamucil, managing anxiety)
