35 year old male from London here ....

I have been suffering from fissures and hemorrhoids etc for over 5 years now. This forum has been an immense help so I thought I will say hello and thanks to all who give out so much useful info.

Long story short I have had a LISP surgery about 2 weeks ago and am now recovering from it. I will write my full story in another thread but in short I think the immense fissure pain is gone now but I have some bleeding down there + minor bearable pain.
