I dread the thought of going through the prep for colonoscopy with an active fissure. I wanted to get more information what exactly is the worry.

He said that the skin tag was inflamed, do you mean that or does the fissure itself get inflamed apart from the Skin tag? He asked me to use Analpram to decrease the inflammation on the skin tag and then switch back to Diltiazem.
