Sorry I'm not on Facebook are you in the UK? I'm in NZ they didn't remove anything with me either but my butt was swollen too it caused me a new fissure as I mentioned to you before but that healed in a week I would advise you to take an anti-inflammatory drug for a week I did I took one 75mg Diclofenac tablet a day that helped with swelling but I'm still puffy from the Botox effect I guess but no issues i haven't healed yet but I'm on the right road.

Sadbum you need to relax as much as possible being anxious and stressed makes it harder to heal I know that's going to make you more stressed at first but you need to know it maybe look on YouTube an try a meditation it's great for relaxation. I'm still puffy but I just don't look the look can make you feel worse take an anti-inflammatory for a week an then see how your swelling goes down mine did

The post op instructions from my CRS suggest not to look or touch your bum for at least three weeks as it may traumatize you. This is a normal occurrence either with botox or LIS, but spare yourself psychologically. Just imagine that with everyday you are feeling better and better.

Also be proud of yourself for going through with the Botox I am I wanted to do the Botox to push myself to me it was an achievement I was so scared i didn't do anything but creams for 4.5 years I see it as character building an showing myself my strength like some sort of break through i felt relief from doing it because it was a build up of fear for all that time : )
