Very nice diet ! Some members find coffee and cranberry have dehydrating affect on them, but I suppose as long as you take enough water or decaf tea you will be just fine. Some members find adding natural oils supplements beneficial too (to lubricate it all inside), like fish oil, or flax seed oil etc.
Please don't forget hot baths- I know that they are annoying but really help so much with healing !
Read as much posts as you can - you will find many more tips for faster healing and always feel free to ask anything !!!
All the best :arwen:

I take an hour bath every night. I was doing the sitz baths as well but real hard when you have to work! I was thinking of Flaxseed oil as well?

One of the other groups I belonged to suggested maybe more Veggies and fruits vs. the whole grains?

It's up to you. I find the grains to be scratchy, so I eat steamed veggies.
