Thank you for the kind words, Patty. I am more motivated now to read more of my new paperback about anxiety and heartmath after seeing my counselor today and talking with my CRS Mayo doc a short time ago. She reassured me about many things.
All the best,
Cheryl K.

Lecia - What is a pilates machine? I have an MTV pilates workout video, but I have never heard of an entire machine. The video is hard - kicks my bum every time and my hubby's too!
Juney - Are you still taking the MOM everyday? How is that still working?

I changed my mood profile to hopeful. Important to keep everything in perspective. Just like when I have a bad round of golf. I tell myself that someone in a wheelchair would be most happy to have a bad round of golf. Everything is relative including age. I took off my birth year although I am not as sensitive about my age as when I was working.

Glad to see you are learning the ropes, Cheryl! Do keep your mood high as it is so very important!

Here is a photo of the pilates machine that I got. It was used to help rehabilitate injured ballet dancers. The rebounder helps with cardiovascular and the cords provide resistance training.

tabby - yah i'm still taking MOM everyday. it's not taking the pain away now, but i think that's cuz of the trauma from the exam last month. 2 steps forward, 3 steps back...we all know how it is!
