Hey Js, I am not able to give you a competent opinion since I have no medical background. But, if I were you, I wouldn't think about grim causes. Keep a positive attitude as difficult as it can be during these times. Try to get a second doctor to help you and in the meantime stick to an easy diet with no processed foods and little fiber. Your body has the means to heal itself provided you give it what it needs : water, healthy food, rest, exercise, and a positive mind body connection. I am sorry for not being able to help you.

As softeners look for PEG, so something based on polyethylene glycol.

Abu I watched a video on YouTube of an older African man who believed that starch is man-made even the stuff that is supposed to be a natural start he believes was introduced and when I look at it all the things that have starch in it tend to be things that can cause consitpation for alot of people, what are your thoughts on this?

Starch has no negative effect on me and it is contained in many natural plants like cassava, potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice. I eat starchy foods every single day.

Are they all natural untouched? I'm worried that we can't even trust things that we consider natural because of all the manipulation and changes that man has done to natural products like how carrots used to be white and then man made them Orange what If starch is unnatural and then man added it into natural foods?

We cannot live in the past, can we? :) It is what it is and we need to adapt to our present times, with all chemicals, pollution and GMO foods. There is little you can do to change this and sustaining a natural way of eating is close to impossible unless you move to the mountains and procure your own food.

Im hoping to do that soon. Being in nature is also good for mental and emotional health I'm looking forward to being surrounded by trees and wildlife and having my own vegetable garden and fruit trees. Until then I'll make do with what we have access to. Thanks Abu I needed to hear that.

Good luck to you Missy, if you manage to pull that off it will be a dream coming true. I pray that God helps you on this journey back to nature.
