I think my muscle is just to tight to be honest hence why it has trouble regardless of the BM texture that's the only thing I can think of. I'm a very anxious person so I get tight muscles in other areas of my body so it would make sense.

Yes tight muscles play a big role I think. I think my pelvic floor therapy lady has really done so much for me to relieve the muscle tension and also nerves get wound up as well. Even when there is no injury our bodies overcompensate and guard. We tighten without realising when anxious so it is soo hard. Have you also tried mediation and so on? I use one by a guy called Michael Mckintosh on the meditation app Insight timer. It is pain relief meditation and his voice really calms me when I'm in pain. It sounds a bit alternative but I think it helps. Some people I find irritating but he just makes me feel better.
