Hurt - you’ve got a diagnosis that’s something to go on. You must keep looking for an understanding doctor someone has got to take you seriously.

Yes keep fighting. Keep asking for help. Keep trying different medication for chronic pain and work with an understanding doctor to find the right doseage. Try alternative therapies. What about a pain clinic - my gp mentioned this. I haven’t tried it yet.

And maybe stop complaining regularly about the forum being quiet? Sorry but I have to say something about that. Everyone on here is trying their best to manage their lives with a painful condition, and don't need passive aggressive comments about their activity on this forum.
8/16-12/16: Fissure due to antibiotics
5/17: Botox to sphincter, fissure healed
9/19: Trigger point injections and pudendal nerve block
11/19: Botox to pelvic floor
8/20: Botox to pelvic floor in new location.
On and off in pelvic physical therapy

I see where patience is coming from - sometimes less people are in need of this forum and it will go quiet at times. However I am planning to speak to admin about raising the profile of this forum so it is more easily found in a google search so those in need can see it pop up in their searches online. This is how I found the forum originally. It’s a valuable place to go when you need reassurance and help and I’d like to see it more readily found in an online search.
