Missy that’s rubbish news. Try to stay calm. The more you stress the worse it’ll be. It’s so frustrating and I know you can’t always keep bm soft it’s an impossible battle. I struggle massively with this due to my thyroid issue. I hope this is short lived and settles down really quick for you. Hugs

Thanks suemac and dmcff
I'm grateful atleast the pain is the most manageable its ever been lately flear ups have reduced in pain and the pain/sometimes just discomfort only lasts around 10mins afterwards which is a blessing compared to older fissure days were pain was half to all day long. Maybe the older the fissures get the pain gets less. I don't know but something to be grateful for. Hoping it stays that way.

That’s a good sign missy I’m sure. When I get pain now it is nothing like the amount and length of a few years ago. We are going the right way with this.

Im more hopeful for you i can't wait to say I'm healed. This morning was painful during the bm which has always been my major problem but i guess its still less overall and its nice to have the after pain mostly gone after cleaning up so still better then say 2 years ago. But i still ask myself should i still get lis will it take me another 8 years to properly heal or will i never completely heal without help. Im going to pay to see a private specialist its very expensive but that would be my next step just to see what their recommendations are. A proper assessment by a professional crs not a free one through the nhs which I've seen a few an they all said something different an alot put fear in me and made me lose hope completely so I'd rather pay and hopefully get better quality. Not sure when I'll do this maybe i should just get it done soon. Its about 500nzd for a 30min chat.

It’s pricey but they will at least give you a professional assessment, I can’t advise on the lis. It’s affecting your life so much if say the consultation has to be worth it.

Hi argh it just lost my post. It does that too much where it says I wasn’t signed in. I was!
I’ve been good my pelvic pain lady saw me before Christmas and we had a long chat it was mental giving more than physical. She really helped me and I’ve had very little pain since.
I’m sorry you’ve had a flare. Keep those fluids up, it sounds like you’ve had a good spell since we last spoke though? Maybe this is a blip.

Thats amazing news Suemac!! So happy for you may it continue forever.

I've been mentally better too i think mostly thats what the change has been. I'm more positive i know i will heal one way or another. I literally felt healed for like 2 months I've even had to push a couple of times with no issues which with a fissure anf no lis is unheard of. Things shifted after i did a family restoration programme there was a pastor there and he did a group healing/prayer ever since that day things just seemed to shift. I'm not sure if i believe completely in the story of god but this makes me believe more.

I'm not to bad with this flear like I'll get pain and bleeding during a bm but once I've cleaned up there's no pain i just carry on with my day.

I am really struggling with constipation at the moment like a handful of small stones glued together with some playdough sometimes its just stones no playdough. I think this is what they call chronic constipation? I can't even get things moving my system is like switched off. Also i stopped lax sachets a wk ago. I'm on a cleanse i drink 2 classes of lemon water in the morning on an empty stomach then i drink 2 glasses of celery juice. Its a cleanse recommended from the medical medium. He says constipation is caused from inflammation of the digestive system so I'm mostly earing just fruit because thats also what he recommends.
