Im now 4 months with my fissure, and the last month i didnt have any pain during bm but some days right after it starts burning untill i do a sitz bath and it stops. The burning thought isnt on the fissure spot its on the left where i have nothing. And the days i get this burning my sentinel pile swells. During the day i still got tingling feeling sometimes. Doc says im 80% healed.
Questions is does anyone have this burning too, what could it be. Is it a bad sign of recovering.
Im using nifedipine cream for 3 months now and every second day or so miralax for a month almost.
Before that i had some dilatation done.
Is it worth it to continue like this or is lis the only option cause im really feed up with all of this.
Second question is how long should you try before going for lis.
