Hi guys,
So I am back from the surgery. Was a fairly easy process, but now in a fair bit of discomfort. Had a sentinel pile removed, 4mm LIS, and scar tissue removed. OUCH!
I have tramadol (anyone had experience with this) for the pain, but will wait a little longer till the local fully wears off. Obviously, the dreaded first BM is a worry, but will let you all know in about 14 hours! I am generally a regular guy!

congrats on getting in done with and here's to happy healing and moving on.
my suggestion would be to take your tramadol a little bit before the local wears off so you can be continuously in harmony for a little longer.

Congratulations! That is amazing! Yes, like Gareth says, don't wait until it wears off, take the tramadol (Ultram) now. I have used tramadol on and off for years. It is non-narcotic pain reliever with fewer GI effects.

The first BM will be fine, dont worry! Take the painkillers to keep on top of the pain.

CONGRATS KEYZER !!! My first BM was almost absolutely pain free - I was amazed ! It is good that your CRS removed the pail too - they are nuisance ! If I ever need another LIS, I will ask for them to be cut off !
