I wish they could see you sooner, Corsica. And I'm hoping you don't need the third round of 'tox!! But I have seen one or two here that found that the third round was the charm... so surely it would be for you, too, if it comes to that!!

What I dreaded was that I would end up like this on Sunday morning but it wasn't to bad. And to be honest, I didn't party all night long - my husband did though, he came home 04.30.
Jen, I think that's the reason he want's to do the manometry test...if the pressure in both my spincters are good, he will be able to do LIS if and when it is needed. I guess he knows about the risk of retearing as well as we do... In the back of my head I actually think that I could retear even if I heal, because I must be too tight. I've bled for the last eight years, and I don't think that's normal....
Kim, he will see me sooner if I need to/get worse, and I will not hesitate to call him if I need to. I really feel that I have a very good CRS who cares and wants to help me get rid of this. I am so I met him!!!

I wish could speak Norwegian!  Maybe you and Lars can do an online class for us!  Give us some words we can use for travel like, my butt hurts or it feels like I have glass in my @ss or do you carry stool softeners or no, I dare not eat that because I have a tear in my anus, but thank you for your kind offer.I think whether we do surgery, botox or creams it still takes awhile to heal and it is a good idea to give it a fair shot.  It would be good to get a measurement of anal resting pressure before and after botox and see if there is a difference but I don't know that it is done. I am glad you CRS is accessible to you and your trust him.  

Out of the blue - BLOOD!!! when I had a BM today. I hate it so much.....

How much blood?  I hate that.  But it doesn't mean that you are back to square one. Whenever I see blood (and occasionally I still do) I up my stool softener particularly oils, like flax seed or fish oil or even a small dose of mineral oil to help coat the stool so there are no scratchies coming out.  Hang in there.  All is not lost!
