Pinky, I had my surgery weeks ago but I am still not carrying my child at all. I think I will waite until I am 10 weeks post surgery. This is very long time but I do not want to take any risk.
Enjoy your time with your sister.

I know what it's like having small kids in the house expecting to be picked up right after surgery. It's such a natural and expected thing. If you continue to improve, Pinky, it won't be much longer before you can grab him at will! Hope you are doing well today! Image

I am glad you are having a nice time with your sister Pinky, and starting to feel better all round ! :D
I thought of you yummi mummys today when my neighbours toddler wanted a cuddle, i have avoided cuddles for the last few weeks but no escape today, she is so cute , i did feel a strain on fissure area when i lifted her and i had to get in position too so that i could lift her
So mummys please be careful with your healing and lifting your babes, this will not be forever just while you heal Image
Love to all yummi mummys !

Take care Pinky Image
Are you sister well again? Are you having a good time with her, or is it difficult with your buttpain being present? Do you feel that you are slowly healing?

Hi Pinky,
Hope you are feeling better and enjoying your sister and your baby.
Is your sister better?
Enjoy your time together. Do get some rest, a baby can wear you out.

Take care!

I'm glad you're recovering Pinky, both physically and mentally - I sometimes think the mental anxiety of all this is as bad as the pain itself! Dont get too scared about the fluctuations in pain- its a normal thing to happen with this - one day will be great, the next can be awful, so unless you feel pain which is over and above the usual pain, or have other symptoms, then just relax and take it easy on your "off" days - and enjoy the good days, soon they will far outnumber your bad ones!
Its great that your sister is fine now, and is there to help you.
Have you tried calamine lotion for the itching? It was a godsend for me!
Take care! Image
