I think if you are really that tight it is time for more cream or more botox. I wonder why they don't suggest using the cream and botox tandemly? It wouldn't hurt and might have better yield with healing.

!!!!! This place IS the place to spill out ones frustration and get support - all the small talk in between is just that - a small talk ! It is very frustrating to deal with fissure , it is just the most perfect torture device ever invented !!!! I know I would admit anything just to get rid of it forever !!!!! At least I would be locked -up and healthy and not locked-up and in pain :( :( :( ! And I can only imagine how many food restrictions you must have due to your Celiac and now fissure - it is just maddening ! I certainly know how hard it is to deal with multiple health issues and "head" inevitably suffers Return to LIS - Considering surgery or already had it?
