I just wrote in another thread that i was unaware banana was constipating.it is definetley one of the healthiest fruits with lots of nutrtional and medicinal properties.it has a lot of fibre, vitaminc, potassium, vit A,vit B,folic acid.
they are good for anemia,to soothe the tummy as it decreases irritation, for constipation as they soft with fibre.i always ate bananas when i had acidity.it is confusing to see how it can be constipating with fibre and softness of the fruit.i think a research showed banana has tryptophan which is a mood enhancer.so many benefits from 1 fruit.

Bananas are a wonder food that’s for sure !
I think there could be something about the greener bananas too Fissy Image
I am not convinced they cause constipation either but I do think they have a part to play for firming the stool Image

Loving the love Fissy Image
Thank you both ! :lovetree:
Ok here i am ....
9 weeks since the botox.... I have almost tasted normality these last few weeks!! Apart from period times which are becoming a real pain ! I had tightness in all areas last month and the same this time round!!! I am really starting to dread my periods coming....But still I have made it this far….”Ј^*)^”%^^()__@:~!
I am so thankful for these last few weeks as it has picked me up a little to know it is possible to feel normal ....
I am terrified of setback at this crucial time, I will see the surgeon in 2 weeks and I am praying so much that things stay good, I believe there is some healing but is it enough! I am worried about seeing the surgeon and whether he will give me more botox....What if this, what if that !
My head is beginning to wonder a little but I will keep it cool for now Image
Love to you all Image

I totally understand! You taste it, you want more, you worry what if this house of cards collapses! Well, I think your butt is not as vulnerable as before. Since you've had botox several times and things are generally more relaxed you are not as likely to retear as much. These god-awful periods are the bane for all of us though!
When I have a bad day or in this case a bad week, I try to think back to the times when things were better and try to believe that it is possible again. Just put one foot in front of the other and soon you will be walking out of this dreadful time of your life. Granted you will have to be careful but not so worried that you can't enjoy the wonderful moments of normalcy that you have.
That is shimmering, dazzling news and I am so happy for you!!! Image

I feel the same Tabby, it's like we don't dare to think things will be normal again....
I told my husband I want to have a party...dancing...loud music...fun! He looked at me as if I was crazy :)
I will wait, because I am sure that it will come bak to haunt me if I pretend to be normal, too soon.
So happy you are having XXXXXX days Tabby Image
Here's to XXXXXXXXX healing Image
