Shiiish - maybe incontinent feeling comes from the outside anal sphincter - one that we can control - it is the one that actually makes person incontinent for reals if it is weekend. That is the last "door" opening for a poop . Maybe some Botox traveled to it after administration, after all , it is what happens often with Botox that is used for cosmetic purposes ! So, it is quiet possible that inside sphincter is regaining its strength while outside still is making you feel "incontinent" Image Image Image .
Anyways - call your CRS and let him know what is going on , at least he will have it on the record.
Love you buddy-bud - you will make it :D - I have no doubts about that !!!! When the sphincter was relaxed, you had no problems - so that means that it is definitely the ultimate solution for your problem Image !!!!

I wonder where exactly was I injected ??? He muttered something about injections at either side of the fissure, Have a nice day and bye !
From my research it seems injections can be made into either muscle...
Either the internal or external anal sphincter may be injected with the toxin; the optimal injection site has not been determined. Some clinicians state that that injection of the because of the role of internal sphincter spasm in chronic anal fissure and the fact that it is it is easily palapated and injected; however, other clinicians prefer injection of the external sphincter because injection in this area allows diffusion of the toxin to the internal sphincter, while localization of botulinum toxin type A in the internal anal sphincter is not always possible and may allow diffusion of the drug into the intrasphincteric space, which may result in fecal and/or flatulence incontinence. Some clinicians state that injection into the puborectalis muscle (caused by too deep an injection) should be avoided as it may be associated with a high risk of incontinence.
I will ask him Fissy and report back !
I love you too Diva Image
Thanks Pinky Image

How are you doing today? I know when I used diltiazem it relaxed the muscle enough that I was farting all of the time. I woud imagine this feeling of incontinence is just temporary and your body will correct it as the botox wears off a bit. It is a very weird feeling to not have control over that area.

Lecia – I am doing OK , I had that tight feeling again but it didn’t last too long..
I have been using the diltiazem sparingly as I am feared that horrid itch will return !
I am not so concerned about the incontinence that is cool, I have read the botox acts very slowly in rejuvenating the nerves.... There’s life in the botox yet !!
I hope the acupuncture is helping you Toots :lovetree:
