Hey buds

I know

She sends me to do all of those unnecessary tests and than all come back OK and than discussion is over. She is going to check for hemoglobin and that is not the best test to determine anemia - I tried to hint , but NO - she is going to do it her own way as they all do. I am so sick and tiered of educating doctors that I just feel like giving up

I mean - I talked to her nurse while waiting and she told me about injections of Iron she was getting and that insurance covered it completely since her ferritin was below 10, and so forth. When I came into the exam room , I asked GP about infusion she understood "transfusion" - that is how strange "infusion" concept to her is

I tried to explain but she looked at me blank. Than I asked - OK -how about injections - she started talking about injections that stimulate kidneys and were high risk causing heart-attacks and so forth - I just gave up - she has NO idea that Fe injections exist obviously - what could I do LOL ???? I prepared of how to convince her to give me infusion regardless that my fer. is 14 and not below 10 because it is borderline and I can not take supplements - I was not definitely prepared for a doctor that never heard of Fe injections or infusions

. I am looking for a new Gyn so I will try to ask for those from him/her when I get there - this is just unbelievable

- like I am asking for a Strontium

.
Anyways - I am trying to stay calm since I am getting palpitations already off all the stress

- not to mention that palpitations can be caused by anemia
Thanks buddies for your concern - maybe I should go to some nutritionist or something - those doctors are just waste of time and energy
