What I am findin helpful is taking a big swig of fish oil ( I use the kind that is infused with lemon so it doesn't taste fishy) and that seems to coat the poop so that I don't get as much residue especially since I am trying to keep it soft.
Well, at least it isn't chocolate. That would totally suck.
