Yes, I have the quickest, easiest fudge recipe you make in the microwave.

Tootie, could you ever send me that fudge recipe? I made some b/4 Christmas to give away, and it was not my most successful endeavor. I put bourbon in the fudge. I think making fudge is tricky--to cook it the correct amount of time.
Since I don't like heights and am generally not bold, I doubt if I would ever sky dive.
The next person would like to cruise down one of the rivers of Europe (or already has).

Here is the fudge recipe:
1 box confectionary sugar
1/2 C. Cocoa
1/4 t. salt
1 T. Vanilla
1/4 C. Milk
1 stick Butter
1/2 C. nuts
Mix ingredients together and microwave for 2 minutes on High. Stir until smooth. Refrigerate 1 hour.

Thank you, Tootie!!! I think it must be the butter that makes fudge sooooo good. I wonder if I could use soy milk, instead of regular milk? What do you think?? I bought a caramel and ate it today! Hopefully, I can start to do some traveling in the not too distant future. Traveling to me=constipation with altered schedules, lots of sitting, and difficulty controlling one's diet!!
I'm not going to make any fudge right now because I still have some in the freezer. Do you ever freeze your fudge?

I haven't tried it with soy milk, Cheryl. And the fudge has never lasted long enough to freeze here.
