I think it must be the butter that makes fudge sooooo good. I wonder if I could use soy milk, instead of regular milk? What do you think?? I bought a caramel and ate it today! Hopefully, I can start to do some traveling in the not too distant future. Traveling to me=constipation with altered schedules, lots of sitting, and difficulty controlling one's diet!!
I'm not going to make any fudge right now because I still have some in the freezer. Do you ever freeze your fudge?
