I do not , nor my kids LOL Image !!!
But, even though I had extremely healthy diet and was NEVER ever constipated in my whole life - I still got the damn fissure Image .
Yes, I agree, for people who have digestive problems and eat junk-food that causes them constipation - diet changes can make a huge difference.

i eat the healthiest of anyone i know and i drink so much water and have still never healed in almost 3 years. i wish it were so simple as adding a few extra ounces of water for everyone. :(
whyme - you're very lucky the extra water has helped and that this has given you a kick-start to losing weight. i tell all my friends the best diet is an anal fissure. although i'd give anything to weigh more and be fissure-free.

I agree Juney - "fissure diet" is the ultimate "melter" and just yesterday I told my friend to try it since she is trying to get in shape desperately. But I saw in her eyes that she was not ready to give up on breads and sweets and red meat completely LOL. Oh well...
