Best of luck Derry This is just insane what doctors do and how incompetent they all are and how long it takes for them to check things out - I am flabbergasted What is enough is enough , it is not like you have a pimple on your butt and are now complaining for god's sake - you had such a complicated surgery and such a hard recovery :( :( :( - they are all maniacs - have nothing else to say

a bit of good news today... the gp surgery called to say if i could manage a gp would be able to see me on monday rather than friday.... due to many appts being cancelled due to people catching the flu virus.......
shame on them yes ... its horrid... but gets me seen quicker....

well gp said he thought it could be 1 of 3 things
`1. tissue healing/healed and the way its settled in my buttock after my op
2, fluid cause after the fistula op
3, another abcess but because where it is its not go hard and bursting, rather its just flowing through my butt
so he faxed mr smiths sec there and then and refered me as urgent referal.. so he says he`d hope i`d been see with 3 weeks or less depending on mr smiths list.
no anti-biotics as again no point cuz he cant say if an infection is present..
if it is just tissue, ...well i`ll haee to learn to live with it..
if fluid id have to get it drained, by getting a local.A and then some sort of drain stiched into my buttock
if fstula then back to last yr, opening me up cleaning out, packing again

well i got my appt through.. 15th feb. but its with a mr hamza, who part of mr smiths team... i called mr smiths P.A and she assured me mr hamza was very good and was a crs not just a G.S... so that made me feel a little more @ ease. but was really hoping it wold be mr smith. but hey, these things cant be helped...
my doctor also now has put me on tablets for depression..they are called ...MOCIOBEMIDE...OR MANERIX there a rmio insted of ssri or something... he said a rmio would be more helpful and quicker acting than ssri so i take one tablet in the morning for 3 weeks then up to 2 tablets.. each tablet contains 150mg.
the lump is still there no bigger or smaller, still get the pinching feeling.
i had a few days of sickness and dyirehea... a virus doing its round over here...
i was basicaily camped in the bathroom...not nice.. but still carried on with my movicol...i figure what the hell... it will get rid of the virus quicker... i just kept drinking water... gallons of the stuff....
but back now feeling better.. just need my butt looked at...see what this crs says....

I went to a travelogue about Scotland at our local lib this week. Trying to get some tapes that are available there as well about Scotland.

no change in the swelling, still there, well maybe just slightly more wider,but nothing to worry about...the ony other thing ive notice is my left buttock is sitting highrer up than my right. as if its be pushed up towards by back .... still on my movicol... tried to cut back on it but i started to feel myself getting bunged up, so put myself back on my usual dose. which has helped again...i go for a bm most days.... sometimes 2/3 depending on how loose my bms are....my butt stings when that happens and spots of bloods at times so the fisssure is still there.....still get the tight feeling from time to time..... but hoping this mr hamza can sort everything out...with out going through surgery.... i just couldnt do what i went through last yr again... am to weak a person to deal with that.....i no theres worse things out there... but i just couldnt handle it... i know i couldnt....
not seeing any diff from taking the A/D`s yet....... apart from feeling sickly for about 2 hrs after taking them....
hope this router last longer than the one they sent the 1st time ....
