Ginniemac, what did you have done? I had a fissurectomy , was supposed to just have LIS, but I guess my fissure was worse than they thought. My recovery hasn't gone so well. Give your dr a hug! :D

Hey Melissa
I agreed beforehand that I didn't want LIS or Botox as I suffer with terrible wind/bloating because of my IBS do the last thing I wanted was more problems that way. My CRS said she examine me under anaesthetic and do what needed doing. So she ended up removing internal and external haemorrhoids, stiching the fissure up, removing a rather large sentinel tag and removing polyps which are going for biopsies but should be nothing to worry about!!! I am in pain but not getting any spasms which were the Bane of my life. Have you had the LIS done??? How are you doing??? X

Ginniemac,
Sending you congratulations and best wishes with your recovery Image
I had hemmies and tag removal along with a lis...and it's amazing and I agree that with all the procedures we've have done, just putting an end to the spasming makes most post-op recovery pain relieving :D
May you have steady progress with your recovery...thanks for sharing and we look forward to and appreciate your updates!
