Activia Yogurt with Fiber! Yummo!

Postby Neen » 14 May 2012, 08:56

For anyone that can find it...there is Activia Yogurt with Fiber. So it has the probiotics and the fiber! I started it 3 days ago and found it to be really good. No constipation I am sure because of the fiber in it. My tummy doesnt feel all googly like it did before. I have cereal(1 cup), fruit(couple blueberries),yogurt and miralax for breakfast...just thought I would pass this on and maybe it will work for someone who is looking for an idea. Good luck everyone! I love this stuff! I'm normally not a fan of yogurt, but I really like the consistency of this.

Not to be a downer, but if you're watching your sugar intake then I'd advise against activia yogurt as it has upwards of 15 grams of sugar in one tiny yogurt cup.
To me, that's a lot. But to each his own. I just wanted to give you a heads up incase you didn't realize.
Possible solution: A bit of fat free greek yogurt with some crushed bran flakes - in my opinion - tastes better. Also, you can regulate the amount of fiber if you do it that way as well.
