i was doing so good. changed my diet and drank fiber powder and was good for a week until this morning i went poop and had some blood in it :( . does this mean its never going to heal? it wasnt even a hard poop.

i can understand the frustration, i too have had this happen. for me i re evaluate and become a bit stricter (and You know we are healthy eaters to begin with) but its now again to be more careful for myself to make sure i eat well. Its is really a frustrating thing.
and your last sentance I KNOW its a big WHY when this happens.
take further care you did heal once as this says a re tear so You can heal again

i will keep trying. my poop is always soft.i dont know why it bled.

It is great that your poop is always soft, I am new to this but I gather it can take weeks if not months to heal completely and there will be some setbacks which will include bleeding.. Try as hard as you can to keep to a good diet and fissure care. Look after yourself physically, mentally and spiritually. It would be good if you could get to see a specialist who may be able to answer some of those questions that you have.

There seems to be no rhym nor reason as to why there is blood sometimes and not others.... It does not always mean the worst though.
If you have no insurance could you be referred to a community hospital? I am sorry if this is wrong, I am in the uk and I don't really know about overseas healthcare.
