Perhaps you shold try a dab of hydrocortizone ointment. When my rear burns somwtimes that's theonly thing that will help. I wouldn't use it for more than a week a a time though, as long term use can thin the skin.
my botox shots are long worn off, so most definitely now. When the botox was in effect, the internal sphincter never really clenched, but the external sphincter and all muscles around it clenched.
try some miso soup with wakame and tofu and some carrots and sliced scallions for breakfast. do this for a whole week. and cut out any dairy you are eating. then make sure to enjoy some brown rice (cooked in organic broth or in some soy milk) and have that for a treat in the evening.
