Im in Denmark.
Sorry, nitro and diltiazem does not seems to be working for you.
I use both (3 weeks in) and am starting to see improvements. As long as I avoid the plug, and dont bike, I feel I can beat this thing with topicals.

Mine are kind of like a cow pat or something. Runny, but sink to the bottom and never separate. Out of all the consistencies I tried, these were the least painful to pass and afterwards. I thought that has to be the right type of pooper.
I have had some bathroom disasters during this fissure episode let me tell you. I can't see in the morning as I wear contact lenses... combine this with cow pat pooper and you can end up with a right disaster on your hands!! I walked all round the bathroom dropping blobs of pooper all over the place and then standing in them. Finally saw the devastation once I put my lenses in... DOH! Actually, I can't believe I'm telling you guys this...![]()
