1)I haven't bled in a month with miralax and after exam I had a bm and blood, why?
Answer 1) exam probably opened it a little.
I had a similar experience with one of my followup appointments.
Everything was seemingly going well, and then he decided to be a hero and pry pry and pry. At first there wasn't the discomfort of the first visit, but eventually I felt the sharp pain I was all too familiar with. Took me a good week to get back to where I am now, and I'm afraid to go in for any more appointments. At least he wasn't pushing the issue either, just told me to come back as needed. I'm going to give it a few months of the current regiment (miralax, and tapering off of nitro).
Let this be a lesson to all. If you're going in for a followup and you KNOW it hasn't been long enough to heal (it had only been 2 weeks for me since starting treatment), tell the doctor to keep their fingers to themselves. Turns out they can easily do more bad than good.
