Good idea. The thing is, of all the medical problems that are considered by doctors to be "minor" this is one that before I got one I had never heard of!

I actually think that's a great idea, Igrik.
Nifedipine/lidocaine, no help
Diltiazem, effective, but caused major rash
Nitroglycerine, effective.
Topical estrogen for final healing.
Gentle heat to bottom - pain relief, muscle relaxant
Kondremul mineral oil
Time - lots of time.
Status - Healed!

There is one out there... It's called " how to heal anal fissures naturally " by mark Daniels. It's more or less the advice we follow on here.
I'm sure we could do a far better one though!!! Lol

Diltiazem
Botox June 13
Nitro
Internal flap July 14
EUA and polyps removed Nov 14
Diagnosed with neuropathy Jan 15
Diagnosed with HS EDS type 3 (causes poor wound healing )

Well to write a book is not a simple task. It should not be too big, laconic and the same time easy to read.

However only some posts and story extracts are worth of publishing and of course reading.
