Good idea. The thing is, of all the medical problems that are considered by doctors to be "minor" this is one that before I got one I had never heard of!
Nifedipine/lidocaine, no help Diltiazem, effective, but caused major rash Nitroglycerine, effective. Topical estrogen for final healing. Gentle heat to bottom - pain relief, muscle relaxant Kondremul mineral oil Time - lots of time. Status - Healed!
There is one out there... It's called " how to heal anal fissures naturally " by mark Daniels. It's more or less the advice we follow on here. I'm sure we could do a far better one though!!! Lol
