I've given birth three times.... The last one was stuck and had to be pulled out with forceps..... But I'd say that this relentless fissure pain is right up there. Little do people know who haven't experienced it.

I've had worse acute pain - burst appendix springs to mind. I woke up dreaming that someone was sticking a red hot poker in my side. And it went on from there! Wisdom tooth was awful too. Like someone had taken a blowlamp to my jaw. But for sheer, unrelenting misery day in, day out, AF has to take first place on the podium!
